I have been bad in blogging, I know.  Thank you Ms. Cathryn for your kind email to remind me!
The SW is getting hotter...du'h!
But it's a dry heat....so they say!!!! LOL
Work is still moving forward, but I must say there are moments when all of the negativity of the media and the fact we keep getting put off in the permitting area...starts to wear on one, or two or 3.....
Again....like just keeps moving forward.  I was supposed to me in San Diego this weekend...
However my husband didn't follow through on his own idea....so I am miffed!
Guess my only facation will be in the fall in Santa Barbara for my Church conference!
Deep sigh....that's alot of heat to get through!  I'm attaching a picture of me and my new glasses...they are office progressives...meaning you can't wear them outside to drive....but it's another way of easily going between the reading and the distance....I am having a difficult time with these....the first two sets were great....so I'm not sure if it's me or the glasses!

They have that crizal anti-glare and stuff coating on them....they also have a pretty design on the sides that you can't see...everyone at the dr's office said they were perfect for me....I on the other hand don't like them...but decided to go out of my comfort zone....so, it is what it is!!!!
So, Cody was accepted into the AF, and will be leaving 9/19.  I hope he gets a job this summer, so he has something to do.

My next door neighbor, Ramona is 70 today!  And she's having a party....and I'm sure she's getting the mariaches to come and play for her...that's always nice!  Rick will go and help his buddy out tonight racing...Rick doesn't race at the local track, he's only racing up in Phoenix now.  That's next week.

Well Cody graduates on the 25th.  His girlfriends Mother is throwing him a party at their house.  I have to make potato salad and a garden salad, and Cody wasn't one of those huge chocolate chip cookie cakes....no I'm not making it....!!!!

What else...still not talking to Barbara...again....her choice this time.
I am speaking to Meera...and Andre calls every so often.
Oh and Ricky and I pretty much don't speak to each other...it's hi and bye....
It's very hard.  No love loss there.  I'm afraid it will be one of those where it will be too late
for him to make it up.  We all make choices....some good most not so good.

The world is crazy right now?  This president has got to be the worst one on record!!!! If we re-elect him for another 4....then we deserve all he does to us...because he doesn't know how to be a president, and he abuses the powers he's given.
