I love the day...and all the preperation....what I don't like is the clean up!!!!
The storing of all the leftovers! The containers!
And then....the endless days (or so it seems) of eating leftovers! LOL
Turkey sandwiches, turkey soup, turkey chili.....and on and one!
But this year it's gonna be Chicken! Yummy!
So leftovers will be Chicken soup! And Chicken Enchilada's! And that's all she wrote!
Did it ever occur to you that you could make turkey enchiladas? Yep, we've had them and they're good. Learn to freeze some of the stock and then you can have it later in the winter
