Hello!
Most people don't really understand about living in the desert...and quite frankly, I'm probably one of them...I wasn't born here...I'm a transplant...
Do I love it, heck no...I'm a water baby...give me the ocean anytime...and I'm a happy camper...
But....
The desert holds secrets....you've probably heard that before...and never believed it....
But it's true.
Right now...it's 55 out.
Is that cold? Well when you live in the desert when it's over 100, or 105 for more  days and days....you'd think not...
But....it's is...
It's your 35....as far as I'm concerned!


Okay, here's the deal....during the summer, it's can reach 120....and the pool water gets to about 88 to 90....
so the sun sets....and the "air" temp goes to 90....guess what...you get in the water...that seems 88 or 90...and sometimes it's really warm...
but depending...on wind etc....you get in that water and your cold~~~and getting out!
OMG!!!!! you'd think it was 60!
Now...go run into the house that's got A/C going...non-stop....(because the condensors...no matter what seer they are...never stop during the day!~!!!!!)....and your butt cold!
so...the desert...has it's secrets....
Do I love it...nah...not really.
Do I hate it....nah...not really.....
